Top 5 Things to make you feel happy again

Sometimes we need to be creative in order to feel good. What makes you feel really good, when nothing else works? ◕‿◕ My top 5:

Get really pretty: even if you stay home, putting make up on and nice clothes really helps. Feeling at ease with yourself brings a lot of happiness.
Build up a schedule: writing it all down is really soothing for me. I find it comforting to thoroughly organize my ideas and create to-do lists.
Cook: any type of cooking helps a lot and brings peace into the soul. You might start baking a cake feeling a bit sad, but at the end you will have a big smile on your face. I am not entirely sure as to why, but cooking heals.
Sing: I only sing when I am happy. Therefore, sadness often requires silence or quietly listening to melancholic songs. Put a song you really like and sing along, as loud as you can. Happiness will get instantly attracted into this vortex.
Read inspiring content: try to read reassuring words of wisdom. Positive thinking manuals, philosophy, meditation, biographies. Anything, as long as it is positive content and you get inspired by it.
